Autumn's Child

I’m writing this on Samhain. Today has been the coldest which seems fitting on the day when the veil is thinnest.

We’ve been going for long walks in some of our favorite state parks. Some of them were farms and bear the remnants of lives lived on the land. The history sings.

I sat down in my studio a few days ago and made the Autumn’s Child earrings. Un Petit was one of the first designs I made almost 12 years ago when I started on this path of silversmithing jewelry. I’ve done several variations, but this may be my favorite. This Montana Agate is fascinating, each bead is different with its inclusions that look like the detritus of Autumn caught in the seasons first frost.

I’ve made a few pairs and you can find them here: https://www.andewynmoon.com/products/un-petit-autumns-child

Many blessings, love and light,

Adrienne
